PLANOX washbasin unit with seamlessly welded wash trough, with three wash stations, for wall mounting, for connection to hot and cold water from the rear right or left. Stainless steel housing, satin finish, material thickness 1.5 mm, drain in the centre, G 1 1/2 B drain plug, including mounting material. Ready for connection, with pre-assembled F5E-Mix electronic wall-mounted mixer, opto-electronically controlled, activated via manual reflection. Control electronics, solenoid valve cartridge, 6 V lithium battery (CR-P2) and sensor in an all-metal housing, polished and chrome-plated brass. Temperature selection lever with adjustable, twist-proof temperature stop. Theft-proof aerator, SLIM design, with integrated flow regulator 5.0 l/min. Activated hygienic flushing 24 hours after the last use, safety shut-off with continuous reflection and storage of statistical data. With the option of parameterisation and communication via an optional bidirectional remote control.

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.
