De ligatuurbestendige verticale houder voor vakken moet vervaardigd zijn uit roestvrij staal van het type 304; de zichtbare oppervlakken moeten wit gepoedercoat zijn. De houder moet geschikt zijn voor het afgeven van in totaal 400 (200 per vak) C-gevouwen papieren handdoekjes met een breedte van 3-1/8″ tot 3-5/8″ (79 tot 97 mm). Het ontwerp met open vakken voorkomt dat de houder als ligatuurpunt wordt gebruikt.
