The grab rail shall be grade 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. The wall thickness of the grab rail shall be 1.2mm ( and the outside diameter shall be 30mm. The clearance between the grab rail and the wall shall be 210mm. Concealed mounting flanges shall be 3mm stainless steel plate, 50 x 80mm and provided with six screw holes for wall mounting. Flange covers shall be 0.8mm stainless steel, 85mm diameter, and shall snap over the mounting flanges to conceal mounting screws. The ends of the grab rail shall pass through the concealed mounting flanges and be heliarc welded to form a single structural unit. The grab rail shall be fitted with a white polyurethane foam backrest measuring 360 x 160 x 40mm
