This exceeds HUD, HEW, FHA, VA and other federal, state and local regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Manufactured from type 304 18-gauge (1.24 mm) stainless steel and mounted in a swing-up hinge. Exposed surfaces polished to a #4 satin finish with a knurled grip. Locking mechanism holds the bar in a vertical position
