Payment methods & Payment by invoice
Payment by invoice
For many of our business customers, payment by invoice is possible. Payment terms are agreed upon in advance and may vary per customer. Depending on the agreements made, a payment term of 14, 30, or another number of days may apply.
If you are already a customer and payment agreements have been made, we will process your order according to these terms.
Pro forma invoice
In some situations, we process an order based on a proforma invoice. A proforma invoice is a preliminary invoice that allows the order to be paid in advance. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be processed further.
We may use a proforma invoice in situations such as:
- new business customers;
- orders with a high order value;
- large quantities or special orders;
- situations where no payment agreements have been made in advance.
