How does the FALCON system work?

A complete FALCON system consists of three main components. Firstly, there are the Sensor Module (S1) and Communication Module (C1), both of which are attached to the pipework of each shower. These modules work together to collect data on the shower’s flow switch, flow rate, pressure and temperature, and send this data to the Falcon Data Centre via an independent 4G network.

The Falcon Data Centre is the cloud-based software that acts as the ‘brain’ of the system. It coordinates alarm and warning activities and collects and stores data for maintenance planning and report generation.

Finally, there is the Falcon User Interface and Alarm System, which can be accessed via an app or web browser. This gives your staff access to all the data collected by the system, as well as maintenance advice and checklists. When a shower is activated, selected staff members receive a notification on their phone, even if the app or interface is not open.
