What are your average delivery times?

For stock items, we normally guarantee a delivery time of 3-5 days. For all other items, this depends on available stock from the manufacturer and available production capacity. Please please inquire.

Does CitroenAir also deliver outside Europe?

CitroenAir does not ship outside Europe itself. However, you can have the products collected.

Incoterms: Ex Works (EXW)

After receiving your payment, we will start ordering the items. Once they arrive at our warehouse we will inform you of the dimensions and weights of the outer packaging. You can then collect them from our warehouse in Veenendaal, the Netherlands.   You will receive a proforma invoice from us. You can transfer this invoice by bank transfer. If you wish, we can also send you a payment link for payment by Credit card, Paypal or Sofort Banking. When you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
