d line Colours: Personalization with Timeless Durability

Building on d line commitment to timeless design and lasting quality, d line PVD colours expand the possibilities for personalization while maintaining the functionality and durability d line products are known for.

Most pieces in d line collections can be created in these finishes but in accordance with d line efforts in sustainability, they’re done so on a bespoke basis.

PVD colours

d line products have long been created in premium metals, stainless steel and solid brass, but they are also available in four different PVD colours (physical vapour deposition) – PVD brass, PVD copper, PVD black and PVD bronze. The PVD coating provides an extremely high quality and highly durable finish when applied to stainless steel.

d line has introduced the PVD colours to provide flexibility and creative freedom, enabling you to mix and match seamlessly for a personalized touch. Using one of the elegant PVD colours is the perfect choice for adding warmth to both modern and classic spaces while maintaining the same enduring quality you expect from our products.

d line offers four metal PVD finishes:

PVD brass

PVD brass adds a touch of luxury and warmth, pairing beautifully with light woods, natural stone, and cream tones for a sophisticated, inviting look.

PVD copper

PVD copper introduces warmth and richness, complementing earthy materials like terracotta, leather, and natural oak.

PVD black

PVD black offers a sleek, modern aesthetic, perfect for pairing with cool neutrals like soft greys, beige, and white.

PVD bronze

PVD bronze pairs beautifully with natural materials like walnut wood, marble, and textured stone, adding warmth and sophistication.

Solid metals

With solid metals, nothing changes – AISI 316 stainless steel and brass have long been d line metals of choice, because they never date and meet d line quality standards.

Stainless steel

Solid brass

d line has always worked with solid brass because it wears and patinates over time to develop a beautiful effect. But it doesn’t react well to the heavy duty detergents often required in bathrooms, so d line PVD colours are a great option for cohesive sanitary ware.
