If an item is defective upon receipt, we kindly request you immediately upon receipt, but no later than within 14 calendar days to contact our customer service.

When an article without your fault or failure appears to have while you have it in your possession for more than 14 calendar days break then we can help you as soon as possible. Depending on what you have purchased, you can send the item back to our repair service.

If you have returned an item, you will not automatically receive a replacement.
