Can I order Wagner-Ewar products without a logo?

Yes that is possible at no extra cost. We do not stock these products and they must be ordered. Please contact us for more information on these options.

Can I order Wagner-Ewar items in a RAL colour?

If you are looking for a cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing solution that adds a protective layer of beauty to any washroom fitting, then powder coating for washroom products is the ideal choice. Plastic powder coatings in RAL colours are available from a minimum order value of € 1,000 gross, or with a surcharge of € 100 gross per color. Although Plastic powder coating may not be applicable to every washroom product within our ranges, please don't hesitate to contact us with your specific needs. Our team of washroom consultants will help you explore the available options.

Does CitroenAir also deliver outside Europe?

CitroenAir does not ship outside Europe itself. However, you can have the products collected.

Incoterms: Ex Works (EXW)

After receiving your payment, we will start ordering the items. Once they arrive at our warehouse we will inform you of the dimensions and weights of the outer packaging. You can then collect them from our warehouse in Veenendaal, the Netherlands.   You will receive a proforma invoice from us. You can transfer this invoice by bank transfer. If you wish, we can also send you a payment link for payment by Credit card, Paypal or Sofort Banking. When you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What are your average delivery times?

For stock items, we normally guarantee a delivery time of 3-5 days. For all other items, this depends on available stock from the manufacturer and available production capacity. Please please inquire.
